May Surf & Yoga Camp

Our special Surf & Yoga Camp for the month of May will take place between the 13th and 16th and will have the following activities:

🛌🏻 3 nights of accommodation with breakfast included at Sea Wolf Surf Hostel in front of Barra da Lagoa beach

🧇 Welcome dinner on the first day

🏄🏻‍♀️ 2 surf lessons in the best wave spot of the day

📹 Daily video analysis of your surfing performance

🧘🏻‍♀️ 2 Yoga classes with qualified instructor

Our Surf & Yoga Camp starts on May 13th. Check-in will be from 3 pm and on this day we will have our fellowship dinner. 

On the 14th and 15th of May we will start the day with breakfast with the group and teachers. We will talk about the best spot to surf and, if necessary, we will travel with the Surf Camp van to the place. If the waves are good in Barra da Lagoa we will surf in front of the Surf Camp. We will have a class of approximately 1h30min between stretching, instruction in the sand and surfing (approximately 1h in the water.

On the way back to Surf Camp we will do our Yoga practice focused on surfing, focusing on breathing and the movements practiced in the water.

Towards the end of the day we will get together to do our video analysis, correct the movements and have dinner all together.

The Surf & Yoga Camp values are:

Accommodation in a shared dormitory: R$1,070.00

Accommodation for one person in a private room: R$1,580.00

Accommodation for two people in a private room: R$2,410.00
