The Barra da Lagoa Region
Barra da Lagoa is located in the eastern part of Florianópolis , in a preserved region surrounded by Atlantic Forest. Here you can see the exuberant local fauna and flora, such as monkeys, toucans, blue jays and much more.
In winter the whales give the air of grace , being a great attraction for visitors and locals alike.
In addition, the region is full of great waves for surfing. Famous beaches such as Joaquina, Praia Mole, Galheta and Mozambique are less than 10 minutes from the hostel. In front of the Sea Wolf Surf Hostel, the friendly waves of Barra da Lagoa are the joy of those who are starting to surf.
