This site offers visitors accommodation at Sea Wolf Surf Hostel, surf lessons, yoga classes, tours and trips organized by Sea Wolf Surf Hostel, events organized by Sea Wolf Surf Hostel. By accessing or using our service website, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use your website; What are the requirements to create an account
To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to participate in these services. You are not permitted to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Return and Refund Policy de tickets
- The ticket is personal (nominal). It is essential to present an original and official identification document with photo, along with the printed ticket or email sent to the ticket holder, for validation of ownership.
- Ownership exchanges may be carried out by the purchaser; just contact the Sea Wolf Surf Hostel team via WhatsApp (48)988219440 and ask for a change in ticket ownership. Exchanges can only be made once per ticket and permission to change ownership will be available up to 24 hours before the start of the event. If you would like more information about the procedure, contact WhatsApp (48) 988219440.
- In case of regret of the purchase, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if the request is made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, and provided that the return request is made with a maximum of , 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance of the start time of the event. This request must be made by the holder of the purchase via email: seawolfsurfclub@gmail.com.

Refund policy for accommodation fees
Sea Wolf Surf Hostel has a refund policy for accommodation reservations up to 14 days before check-in. After this period, the deposit amount (50% of the total amount of the reservation) will no longer be refunded.

We may, without notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.
Warranties and liability for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased on our website, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipping repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.
Intellectual property, copyright and logos
The Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property related to them are the exclusive property of Sea Wolf Surf Hostel. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, perform publicly, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole and exclusive determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request cancellation of your account and/or any service at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will only be discontinued after the expiration of the respective period for which you have already paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sea Wolf Surf Hostel harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any one of the services offered on the website.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
